The Model S Mandocello is every bit as familiar to a tenor guitar player, but with a lower range and octave string pairs for the C and G strings. To put it into perspective, you could say that the 12-string guitar is to the 6 string, as the Mandocello is to the tenor baritone.
Featuring three individual single coil pickups, it's also got a solid alder body, a bolt-on maple neck, and a fully-adjustable S-style bridge. But the Model S Mandocello as a whole is greater than the sum of its parts, allowing you to create complex rich tones that will add the perfect edge to your next creative project.

Returns
If you've simply decided that the item you ordered is not for you, you can send it back within 45 days of purchase for refund, credit, or exchange, minus shipping. Simply contact us, and someone from our returns department will be in touch as soon as possible. If your order qualified for free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund or credit.
If you think your instrument has arrived damaged or defective in any way, please contact our support team as soon as possible. If approved, we will cover shipping expenses* (within contiguous USA) for you to return the item. From there, we will work with you personally to sort out compensation whether by exchange, refund, or credit.
Between 45 - 120 days, if you wish to return your item, we will retain a 20% restocking fee from your refund amount. After that time we will entertain returns or exchanges on a case by case basis only.
