Ordering

1. How do I order from Tenor Guitars?

The quickest way is to place an order directly through our website. Just add your desired instrument your cart, fill out your shipping details at checkout, and then select your preferred payment method.
If you need help placing an order, simply contact us via e-mail or initiate a chat with one of our representatives.

2. When will I be charged after placing an order?

All orders are charged at the time of purchase, including pre-orders.

3. Can I expect any additional fees to be charged after ordering?

The amounts shown on your invoice reflect the exact amounts charged by us, through our store.

If your shipping address is outside of the USA, your courier will collect taxes / import duties prior to delivery. (Example: if you are in the EU, VAT and any applicable import fees would be collected on delivery).

Regardless of where you live, some customers may see a small (usually 3%) "International" or "FX" fee on their statement post-purchase. This is not a charge from us, but from your bank. Please contact your bank / credit card provider for more information if you've received such a charge.

4. Do you offer financing?

Shop Pay Financing (powered by Affirm) is available to all residents of the U.S. Simply select "Pay in monthly installments" as your desired payment method at checkout.

5. How do I cancel an order?

Please contact us if you wish to cancel an order. While we understand that some exceptions may occur, we kindly request all cancellation requests be made within 24 hours of an order being placed. We will not reimburse shipping fees for any orders cancelled after the item has been shipped.

Shipping

1. Where do you ship from, and how long does it take?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Nashville, TN.

We strive to ship each order within 1-3 business days of being placed, and once shipped, transit time typically takes 2-5 business days. Please note that international shipments may take longer, depending upon your address. Detailed tracking information will be forwarded to you as soon as your item leaves our warehouse.

2. How much does shipping cost?

Domestic Shipping throughout contiguous USA is FREE.

If having a guitar shipped outside of the USA, we offer fast and affordable shipping. A total shipping fee will be calculated at the end of checkout, based on your address. 

Returns

1. Do you have a return policy?

Yes! If you are not happy, we are not happy. If you receive your item and simply do not like it for any reason, you can return for a full refund (less shipping) within 45 days of your purchase date.

If the item is "not as advertised", damaged or needs additional setup, we will refund, repair or replace at our expense, including shipping costs (Continental USA only).

Between 45 - 120 days, if you wish to return your item, we will retain a 20% restocking fee from your refund amount. After that time we will entertain returns or exchanges on a case by case basis only.

2. How are returns conducted?

If you've simply decided that the item you ordered is not for you, you can still send it back within 45 days of purchase for refund, credit, or exchange, minus shipping. Simply contact us, and someone from our returns department will be in touch as soon as possible. If your order qualified for free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund or credit.

If you think your instrument has arrived damaged or defective in any way, please contact our support team as soon as possible. If approved, we will cover shipping expenses* (within Continental USA) for you to return the item. From there, we will work with you personally to sort out compensation whether by exchange, refund, or credit.
